This new Jasper Hill home is a vibrant hillside retreat!

Nautical decor and soft-hued colors transform this mountain home  plan into a lakefront getaway. Additional space where it counts

We took an old favorite and updated it by eliminating the breakfast area in favor of a large screen porch with outdoor kitchen. We also reconfigured the master suite to allow for a more lavish bath, and pushed the garage forward a bit to expand the utility area and add a mud room with pantry.

Mixed materials and a metal porch roof create a welcoming, low-maintenance exterior for this small Craftsman ranch. Completely open, the great room and dining room flow into one another with a cathedral ceiling above and a pass-thru connecting the kitchen. Separate mud and utility rooms sit between the kitchen and the garage providing storage and pantry space. The master suite is situated for rear views, and is set apart from the rest of the home for privacy. The oversized bonus room provides an additional 389 sq. ft. of flexible space.
